  • 100 g chocolate (dark or milk to taste)
  • 100 g whipped cream

Preparation: First pour the milk or milk alternative into a sufficiently large pan. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces with a sharp knife. Tip: If you like it a little spicy, you can now also add 0.5 teaspoon of cardamom, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 0.5 teaspoon of ground cloves. This will make your hot chocolate really Christmassy. Place the pan on the stove over a medium to high heat and heat the milk. You should stir with a whisk the whole time so that nothing burns. The chocolate should dissolve in the meantime. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Finally, divide the hot chocolate between two cups and top with the whipped cream. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder as desired and then enjoy straight away. Tip: Alternatively or additionally, you can add mini marshmallows to the chocolate and toast them.

Enjoy the taste!
