Every day, more than 20 varieties of fresh chocolate bars—made from milk, dark, and white chocolate—are crafted in the museum’s workshop. They’re enhanced with extraordinary ingredients and creative combinations—ranging from fruity and nutty notes to spicy and surprising flavors. These handmade specialties go straight to the “CHOCOLAT” shop—chocolate doesn’t get much fresher than this.
Particularly popular varieties include Raspberry Fizz, Coconut-Almond Slivers, and classics like “Nut on Nut.” Modern, trendy creations like potato chip chocolate, Fleur de Sel, or pretzel caramel also offer unique taste experiences.
