Our chocolate mold today shows eight identical Santa Claus figures with long beards, coats and hats. It is a metal mold, as was commonly used in industrial chocolate production from the late 19th century until well into the 20th century.

For the dark chocolate lovers among you, we use Lindt Excellence with a 50% cocoa content. Small chocolate chips provide the necessary crunch. Our Maître Chocolatier uses white chocolate to give Santa Claus a long beard. Doesn't that look great?
