Adventskalender Türchen 3
Traditional knowledge

We found this beautiful folding mold in our exhibition. Molds like this were used to make three-dimensional hollow figures out of chocolate. You can still see the embossing on this mold. "DRGM" stands for "Deutsches Reichs-Gebrauchsmuster. This was a protective right that was introduced in the German Empire on October 1, 1891 and was valid until around 1945. The mold is a particularly beautiful and historically valuable specimen that documents the beginnings of modern industrial property protection (DRGM) in connection with traditional Christmas crafts.

Whole milk with gingerbread spice

Do you like gingerbread? We pour melt-in-the-mouth Lindt Excellence milk chocolate and refine it with gingerbread spice. It's really nice and Christmassy. Milk chocolate is ideal for all shapes. It has a high milk content, which makes it smooth and easy to shape. Milk chocolate is the most popular chocolate in Germany and is particularly representative of the tradition of the Maîtres Chocolatiers. It is smooth, creamy and balanced in its blend of milk and cocoa.
