White chocolate with candied lemon peel

Traditional knowledge

Our current shape was created by Friedrich Anton Reiche from Dresden. It depicts two decorative stars connected by a hinge. Such molds were typically used for the Christmas season to make tree decorations or small gifts. It is very likely that the mold was made in the 1910s or 1920s. This age is typical of the company's finely crafted hinged molds.

White chocolate with candied lemon peel

We not only put candied fruit in our Christmas stollen, but also in our chocolate star. White chocolate harmonizes perfectly with the aromatic taste of lemon peel. A nice balance to the many sweet cookies on the cookie plate. Try it out!
