While the first candles are lit and peace and quiet returns, we pour the last bars and figures for our chocolate Advent calendar in our confectionery and our historical molds are used once again. Over the past few weeks, we have taken you on a little journey through time. We have shown you how small chocolate works of art are created with a lot of love, manual work and the tools of past generations. These old molds tell stories of tradition and consistency.
