Traditional knowledge

This is a particularly beautiful historical chocolate mold! It was made by Anton Reiche from Dresden, one of the most important and largest manufacturers of chocolate molds. It is a two-part mold with a hinge and closure, typical for casting hollow chocolate figures. It was probably made in the early 20th century (ca. 1900-1930).

Focus on craftsmanship: elegant & noble

Precision in every brushstroke. Today, our Maître Chocolatier transforms dark chocolate into a shiny work of chocolate art. The intricate details of our hollow Christmas tree bauble are "made up" by hand using white chocolate. Almost too pretty to eat - but only almost. Have you ever painted with chocolate?
