We at the Chocolate Museum produce delicious chocolate of the Lindt brand. The passion of the Maîtres Chocolatiers at your fingertips!

The Lindt brand became famous for its fine melting. This is achieved by conching the chocolate mass for up to 72 hours. The conching process was invented by Rodolphe Lindt and is still the pioneering invention in chocolate production today. Only the finest raw materials are used and refined with great attention to detail. Modern technology on the one hand and still the highest level of manual work on the other ultimately lead to the world-renowned Lindt quality products.

Lindt wants to convey this passion of the Maîtres Chocolatiers in the Chocolate Museum and make it tangible for visitors.
The cooperation between the Swiss chocolate makers Lindt & Sprüngli and the world’s only chocolate museum in the areas of production and marketing began in 2006. Since then, chocolate production has been under the direction of Lindt.

Hussel – Chocolat Shop

Chocolat is the premium chocolaterie at the Cologne Chocolate Museum. Fresh, loose chocolates are on sale individually, tasty pastries, chocolate figures and gifts – at the chocolat Shop gourmets and those with a sweet tooth will be in sweet Heaven! The intensive expert advice not only makes it fun for customers but also for our sales team; we are all passionate chocolate fans. And you can of course try before you buy.

With the opening of the first Hussel confectionery in 1949 in Hagen, the first cornerstone was laid for the success story of Germany’s leading confectioner more than 65 years ago. Today, Hussel stands for high quality and innovative confectionery specialities, first-class service and ambience that translate the traditional into the modern.

High-quality ingredients and exquisite recipes are the basis for the excellent products. With a good feel for trends Hussel always manages to develop new ideas and offers a wide range of fine chocolates, exclusive truffles and filled chocolates as well as delicious pastries, complemented by a large range of current confectionery gifts along with traditional delicacies.
