At the large fresh counter you will find handmade pralines and finest “Fresh Chocolate” from the confectionery. Unique delicacies, handmade with great attention to detail by the Maîtres Chocolatiers of the Chocolate Museum. In the Confiserie you can watch and experience up close how the “great masters” of chocolate making create the handmade delicacies. Fruity and fresh in spring, spicy in autumn and winter.
